Ben Reilly is an aging, down-on-his-luck private investigator working the streets of 1930s New York. Nicolas Cage’s Ben has tried to leave an earlier life behind, but he’s forced to reckon with the fact that he was once the city’s one and only superhero. Lamorne Morris and Brendan Gleeson join him in a story that brings masked-vigilante mythology into a noir world of private eyes, city corruption, and a man caught between the case in front of him and the identity he can’t fully bury.
