A Christmas Carol
DramaFamilyFantasy101 min
On Christmas Eve, miser Ebenezer Scrooge is forced to reckon with the life he has made when a series of spirits drag him through his past, present, and possible future. George C. Scott’s Scrooge is a hard, lonely man whose devotion to money has pushed away nearly everyone around him, and Frank Finlay’s Jacob Marley arrives as the first warning from beyond the grave. As the night unfolds, Scrooge is confronted with wasted chances from his youth, the harm he inflicts on others in the present, and the bleak end that may be waiting if nothing changes.
