Lost Girls

CrimeDramaMysteryThriller95 min

When her daughter Shannan vanishes after a trip to a gated Long Island community, Mari Gilbert refuses to accept police inaction and starts pushing her own investigation. Amy Ryan is Mari, following leads that pull her from missing-person flyers and indifferent authorities toward a wider pattern of violence on the South Shore. As her search gathers attention, the case opens onto the deaths of more than a dozen young women, turning one mother’s fight for answers into a public reckoning with the victims law enforcement had overlooked.
