Down to Earth
ComedyFantasyRomance87 min
Struggling comic Lance Barton dies too soon and reaches heaven just long enough to learn there’s been a clerical error. Chris Rock is Lance, sent back to Earth in the body of an older, ruthless white billionaire and forced to keep chasing his stand-up dream from inside someone else’s life. The comedy follows Lance as he tries to navigate a second chance in a face that doesn’t match his voice, ambitions, or sense of himself, with Regina King and Chazz Palminteri in the cast.
