Taxi 2

ActionAdventureComedyCrime88 min

After the Japanese minister of defense is kidnapped during a visit to France, cabdriver Daniel and police inspector Emilien head for Paris to get him back — and to rescue the woman caught up in the same plot. Samy Naceri is Daniel, whose modified taxi turns every pursuit into a high-speed shortcut, while Frédéric Diefenthal’s Emilien brings the badge, the panic, and the partnership that keeps the chase moving. Marion Cotillard returns alongside them as the story trades police procedure for pileups, kidnappers, and fast, tightly packed comic action.
