A baffling murder lands on the desks of Istanbul homicide detectives, and instead of leading to answers, it opens the door to a string of even stranger killings. Commissioners Emin, Salih and Asuman, along with deputy Alaattin, scramble to connect crimes that offer no useful clues and no clear suspect. As bodies keep turning up, tempers inside the department fray, police chiefs lose patience, and public attention turns the case into a spectacle. The chief responds by adding Dizdar Koşu, a self-styled crime expert newly returned from the US, to the team. Under pressure and out of options, the investigators chase a serial killer using methods that grow as unusual as the case itself.
