Werner Gyllenmark marks his 60th birthday with a party at his beach hotel, inviting family, employees, and even his longtime enemy, Egil Grip — until an accident cuts the celebration short and jolts the entire town. As the fallout spreads, buried secrets begin to surface around the hotel and the people tied to it. Sofia Karemyr and Samuel Froler are part of a large ensemble moving through a close, watchful circle of relatives, staff, and rivals, where old betrayals and private relationships turn a public event into the start of a deeper unraveling.
