Nintendo Quest

ActionAdventureDocumentaryFamily92 min

Jay Bartlett sets out to collect every officially licensed Nintendo Entertainment System game cartridge — all 678 of them — in 30 days, without buying a single one online. On the road with filmmaker Rob McCallum, he turns a collector’s mission into a coast-to-coast hunt through game shops, conventions, and private collections, where rarity, price, and luck keep changing the plan. The documentary follows the chase from one stop to the next, with Bartlett meeting fellow collectors, sellers, and familiar faces from gaming culture, including Walter Day and Billy Mitchell, as the deadline closes in.
