The Kids Are All Right

ComedyDramaRomance106 min

Nic and Jules have built a suburban life with their two teenagers, but the family shifts when the kids quietly seek out the sperm donor who helped bring them into the world. Annette Bening’s Nic meets the disruption head-on, while Julianne Moore is Jules, her looser, more restless partner. When Paul (Mark Ruffalo) moves from curiosity to regular presence in their orbit, old routines give way to awkward dinners, bruised egos, and shifting alliances. Mia Wasikowska and Josh Hutcherson round out the household as the daughter and son pushing at the edges of adulthood.
