A well-meaning young man has his life upended when a brief relationship leaves him with a baby girl and no idea how to raise her. With the child’s mother gone from the picture, he brings Hope home to the cluttered house he shares with his offbeat working-class family, where every attempt at doing the right thing turns into fresh chaos. Jimmy tries to grow up fast while juggling diapers, money problems, and his own shaky judgment.
