A rag doll called 9 wakes after humanity’s collapse to find a world of scrap, ash, and hunting machines. Elijah Wood voices the newly awakened 9, who stumbles onto a small band of beings like himself living in hiding as the last traces of human life disappear. Though he’s the newest and least experienced among them, 9 pushes the group to stop running and face what’s stalking them. John C. Reilly and Jennifer Connelly are among the voices in this steampunk-tinged post-apocalyptic story, where stitched survivors move through the ruins of a machine-made world.
