A woman searching for her missing father in New Orleans turns to Chance Boudreaux, a hard-luck sailor who knows how to handle himself. Jean-Claude Van Damme is Chance, while Yancy Butler's Natasha soon learns her father was targeted by a circle of wealthy men who hunt homeless people for sport. Directed by John Woo, the story follows their search from city streets to the bayou as Chance becomes entangled with the men behind the killings. Fouchon (Lance Henriksen) bankrolls the hunt, and Arnold Vosloo's van Cleaf serves as the cold-eyed enforcer at his side.
