In rural India, each story begins with ordinary lives and private desires, then follows how sex, secrecy, and local power turn them dangerous. Villagers, couples, and families push against social rules around marriage, honor, caste, and control, and what starts as gossip or temptation quickly pulls in blackmail, violence, and revenge. The series moves from one standalone tale to the next, using small communities where everyone watches everyone else and a hidden affair or buried grudge can upend an entire household. Directed by Sachin Mohite, it frames intimate relationships as the spark for crime and scandal rather than keeping them behind closed doors.
