David Attenborough: A Life on Our Planet

Documentary83 min

David Attenborough looks back on a lifetime spent documenting the natural world, framing the film as a witness statement on what has changed across the planet. Drawing on more than 90 years of observation and travels to every continent, Attenborough traces the loss of wild places, the pressures of climate change, and the stakes for life on Earth. Using the landscapes and wildlife footage that defined his career, he connects his own story to a broader account of environmental decline and the changes he argues are needed to protect biodiversity for the future.
