ActionAdventureThriller95 min
Former intelligence officer Jack Foster thinks he’s taking his daughter on a trip to Europe, but rogue CIA operatives have used him to carry a lethal virus out of the United States without his knowledge. When she’s kidnapped by a foreign agent, Steven Seagal is Jack, a father forced back into covert work as he tries to untangle who set him up and why. Eva Pope is among the figures circling the case as the search pulls Jack into a maze of embassy pressure, intelligence double-crosses, and shifting alliances across an unfamiliar city.
