Interpol recruits Hong Kong cop Chan Ka-Kui to help track an illegal weapons dealer, but the assignment quickly widens into a chase involving stolen military hardware and a shadowy group posing as Russian intelligence. Jackie Chan is Ka-Kui, moving from Hong Kong to Brisbane as the case turns into a setup that leaves him hunted from multiple sides. Annie Wu and Bill Tung round out the cast as the story folds secret-agent intrigue into Chan’s hand-to-hand fights, broad physical comedy, and elaborate stunt sequences.
