The Mosquito Coast
ActionAdventureDramaThriller119 min
An inventor rejects American city life and drags his family into the jungles of Central America, determined to build a utopia from scratch. Harrison Ford is the brilliant, stubborn father at the center of the move, with Helen Mirren and River Phoenix among the family members pulled into his grand design. What begins as a search for a cleaner, simpler existence in Honduras grows more unstable as isolation, idealism, and the demands of the jungle push the household further from the life they left behind.
