After a string of kidnappings and murders targeting medical professionals, the police arrest Maaran, a doctor known for charging his patients very little, and start to question whether he’s healer, suspect, or something else entirely. Joseph Vijay is the man at the center of the case, with S. J. Suryah in the mix as the investigation opens onto medical corruption and a buried past. The story folds a criminal hunt around Vijay’s larger-than-life screen presence, shifting between hospital intrigue, vigilante turns, and family drama as his role in the crimes comes into focus.
