Medicine Man

Deep in the Amazon rainforest, a brilliant but isolated biochemist is certain he has found the key to a cancer cure. His work is disrupted when a fellow scientist arrives to assess the project and help push it forward, only to find a hostile camp, failing resources, and a researcher who guards his methods as fiercely as the jungle around him. As they begin testing clues hidden in the forest, their clashes turn into a fragile partnership. Sean Connery and Lorraine Bracco anchor a story where scientific urgency collides with corporate pressure, environmental destruction, and the growing fear that the one place holding the answer may vanish before they can prove what they’ve found.
