Gol Maal
ComedyRomance144 min
A job seeker lands work at a strict office, then learns his new boss has rigid ideas about discipline, respectability, and even how a man should wear his hair. To keep the job, he presents himself as the perfect employee. Trouble starts when the boss spots him outside work in a completely different look and assumes he is seeing someone else. Rather than confess, the young man invents a clean-cut “twin” and scrambles to keep both identities alive. Each lie pulls more people into the act, including the boss’s family and a growing romance. Amol Palekar leads the mounting confusion as small deceptions turn office politics, courtship, and everyday errands into a farce of near-misses and improvised excuses.
