My Dog Skip
ComedyDramaFamily95 min
In 1942 Yazoo City, Mississippi, lonely 9-year-old Willie Morris gets a Jack Russell terrier for his birthday, and the small dog quickly changes the shape of his world. Frankie Muniz is Willie, a shy kid struggling to make friends, with Diane Lane and Kevin Bacon as the parents watching Skip turn their son into a local fixture. As Willie grows up against the backdrop of World War II, the dog pulls him into scrapes, friendships, and first crushes, becoming a companion whose reach extends well beyond one backyard.
