The Town

CrimeDramaThriller125 min

Charlestown thief Doug MacRay is looking for a way out of the robbery crew he leads, but a bank job goes sideways when the men take branch manager Claire Keesey hostage and then let her go. Ben Affleck is Doug, keeping tabs on Claire (Rebecca Hall) after the heist to find out how much she can identify — and getting pulled closer to her in the process. Back home, Jeremy Renner’s hair-trigger Jem pushes Doug deeper into the crew’s code, while Jon Hamm’s FBI agent closes in on the men behind a string of Boston robberies.
