The Jacket

DramaFantasyMysterySci-FiThriller103 min

After returning from the first Gulf War, veteran Jack Starks (Adrien Brody) is accused of a killing he can’t remember and sent to a Vermont psychiatric hospital. An experimental treatment meant to restore his memory instead throws him into fragmented visions of the future, where Jack sees the circumstances of his own death and encounters Jackie, a young woman with a connection to his past; Keira Knightley is the stranger he keeps finding across those disorienting flashes. As Jack tries to understand what happened to him in the present, the line between psychiatric procedure, hallucination, and possible time travel keeps shifting around him.
