A failing road contractor keeps landing on the wrong side of debt, bureaucracy, and public anger as he tries to keep his business alive. In a system where officials stall projects, demands for bribes pile up, and broken streets become part of everyday life, every job turns into a fresh humiliation. His personal mess collides with the larger mess around him: rival contractors, political games, and civic neglect keep raising the stakes. As setbacks turn more absurd and more costly, the film follows one man’s scramble to survive a corrupt public works machine while the people meant to benefit from it are left dodging the consequences.
