Pandora and the Flying Dutchman

DramaFantasyMysteryRomance124 min

In a Spanish coastal town, a woman whose beauty leaves admirers wrecked by obsession drifts from one suitor to the next, untouched by what they offer. Then a mysterious yachtsman arrives offshore, carrying a solitude and sadness that set him apart from the men already competing for her. As Pandora is drawn toward him, their courtship takes on the shape of an old legend: desire tangled with fate, sacrifice, and a past that will not stay buried. Ava Gardner and James Mason are at the center of a story where gossip, jealousy, and myth gather around a romance that seems to promise both rescue and ruin.
