A class of young graduates arrives at Pierpoint & Co in London, where every desk is a test and every mistake can end a career before it starts. As they fight to secure permanent jobs, the pressure of trading floors, demanding clients, and ruthless bosses spills into their nights, friendships, and sex lives. Alliances shift as ambition pushes them to cut deals, hide weakness, and decide how much of themselves they are willing to trade for a place inside the bank. Centering characters played by Myha'la and Marisa Abela, the series stays close to the daily scramble of proving yourself in a world that rewards nerve, punishes hesitation, and never stops keeping score.
