Tommy Jarvis, still consumed by the fear that Jason Voorhees was never truly dead, digs up the killer’s body in a cemetery and accidentally brings him back with a bolt of lightning. Thom Mathews is the older, shaken Tommy, trying to warn everyone as C.J. Graham’s Jason stalks back toward Crystal Lake for another bloody rampage. The sixth film pushes the series into outright supernatural territory, with the hockey mask, the woods, and the graveyard resurrection all front and center.
