A mysterious alien artifact lands on Earth, and no one knows whether it is a message, a warning, or the start of an invasion. To find its origin, astronaut Niko Breckinridge leads a deep-space mission aboard the Salvare while scientists back home race to decode the object’s signal. Far from Earth, the crew faces equipment failures, clashing loyalties, and signs that the mission was never as straightforward as it seemed. As panic grows on the ground, Niko and her team push deeper into space, where each contact with the unknown raises the stakes. Katee Sackhoff and Selma Blair anchor a story split between first contact on Earth and a dangerous search beyond it.
