Heaven Can Wait
ComedyFantasyRomance101 min
Joe Pendleton is a Los Angeles Rams quarterback on the verge of the Super Bowl when an overeager angel pulls him to heaven after an accident, only for the mistake to become clear too late: he was never supposed to die. With his own body already cremated, Warren Beatty is Joe as he’s sent back to Earth in the body of a recently murdered millionaire. Now he has to navigate a mansion, a fortune, and a murder plot involving the tycoon’s wife and accountant, while trying to get himself back onto the field by buying the Rams himself.
