Phil Daniels is Jimmy, a London teenager in the early 1960s, stuck in a dead-end job and fed up with home, work, and a love life that keeps slipping out of reach. Off the clock, he throws himself into the mod world: tailored suits, pills, packed clubs, and scooter rides with a crowd obsessed with style and status. As Jimmy leans harder on that scene for identity and escape, the tension between the mods and their rocker rivals keeps rising. Sting appears among the sharply dressed faces around him as Franc Roddam follows one young man’s slide deeper into a subculture built on music, image, and conflict.
