Mickey's Christmas Carol
AnimationComedyFamilyFantasy26 min
Disney's take on A Christmas Carol turns Ebenezer Scrooge into Scrooge McDuck, a miser whose Christmas Eve is interrupted by ghostly visitors determined to show him what his greed has cost. Mickey, Donald, Goofy and other familiar Disney faces are folded into Dickens's story, keeping the original setup while shifting it into the studio's cartoon world. Alan Young leads the voice cast, with Wayne Allwine among the recognizable regulars, as the film moves between slapstick, wintry imagery and the supernatural warnings that force Scrooge to confront his life.
