Law Abiding Citizen

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaThriller109 min

After a plea bargain lets one of his family’s killers avoid full punishment, Clyde Shelton turns his grief into a methodical revenge campaign against everyone who signed off on the deal. Gerard Butler’s Clyde isn’t only after the men who invaded his home; he’s targeting the prosecutors and officials who treated the case like a negotiation. Jamie Foxx is Nick Rice, the Philadelphia district attorney who made that compromise and now has to track a series of killings and explosions linked to a man already behind bars. The case shifts from courtroom fallout to a deadly contest over how much control one prisoner can exert from his cell.
