ActionComedyDramaFantasyHorrorMysteryRomance78 min per episode
In Seoul, an elegant old hotel opens its doors only to ghosts who have unfinished business. Its owner, Jang Man-wol, is bound to the place by a long-ago curse and rules it with icy authority, expensive tastes, and a deep reluctance to face her own past. When a human hotelier, Goo Chan-sung, is forced into the job of manager, he has to learn how to serve guests who are dead, terrified, vengeful, or simply unable to move on. As the hotel’s cases pile up, Chan-sung is pulled deeper into Man-wol’s world, and their uneasy partnership turns into a romance shadowed by the mystery of what trapped her there.
