Nathan Caine is a bank employee who can’t feel pain, a condition that turns from private complication to unlikely advantage when a group of robbers takes his co-worker hostage. Jack Quaid is Nate, an everyman suddenly chasing criminals with no training and no warning system for injury, while Amber Midthunder is the woman he’s trying to get back. What starts as a bank heist quickly becomes a messy rescue mission, with Nate’s unusual condition shaping the action through improvised fights, mounting collateral damage, and a streak of dark comedy.
