Breakfast on Pluto

ComedyDrama128 min

1970s Ireland is too small for Kitten, a young transgender woman who leaves her hometown for London, hoping to find acceptance and the mother she has never known. Cillian Murphy is Kitten, carrying herself through small-town suspicion and big-city uncertainty with the Troubles in the background. Neil Jordan keeps the focus on Kitten’s search for family, while Liam Neeson and Stephen Rea appear among the priests, friends, and strangers who mark her path.
