Anxious People

ComedyCrimeDramaMystery29 min per episode

An apartment open house turns into a hostage standoff when a failed bank robber bursts in and traps a group of strangers inside. As police try to talk the culprit out, the people in the apartment start clashing, lying, and circling around problems they brought with them long before the robbery. The investigation keeps shifting as each witness gives a different version of what happened, turning a simple crime scene into a knot of misunderstandings, secrets, and small humiliations. In this Swedish series, with Leif Andrée and Marika Lagercrantz among the ensemble, the case matters less for who pulled the gun than for what the ordeal exposes about everyone in the room.
