I Want to Eat Your Pancreas

AnimationAnimeDramaFamilyFantasyRomance115 min

When an aloof high schooler finds a diary in a hospital waiting room, he learns it belongs to his cheerful classmate Sakura, who is secretly living with a pancreatic disease. Mahiro Takasugi is the withdrawn boy who becomes the keeper of her secret, while Lynn voices Sakura with a playful openness that keeps drawing him out of isolation. As she pulls him into skipped classes, small adventures, and the everyday moments she refuses to give up, the film follows two very different teenagers meeting each other in the narrow space between ordinary school life and a diagnosis neither of them can ignore.
