After businessman Amit Singhania is murdered, suspicion falls on his widow, Shamita Shetty's Ria, who suddenly stands at the center of his company, his fortune, and the police investigation. Detectives also look at Amit's subordinate Siddharth Sardesai and the ad-agency circle connected to Amit's affair with Sonia Sharma. As questions gather around the case, Ria finds herself drawn to Aditya, with Manoj Bajpayee as the agency executive whose life is already tied to a wife, Neha (Shilpa Shetty Kundra), and a young son. Wealth, infidelity, and competing motives keep the murder case tangled from the start.
