Hostel: Part II

Horror94 min

While studying art in Rome, three American friends accept a glamorous classmate’s invitation to a weekend spa trip in Slovakia, only to end up at a hostel linked to a secret market where wealthy clients bid on captives. Lauren German and Heather Matarazzo are among the students drawn into the trap, with Bijou Phillips rounding out the trio. Eli Roth’s sequel returns to the franchise’s Eastern European backpacker circuit but widens the focus beyond the victims, showing the machinery behind the abductions and the men paying for them. The setup turns quickly from tourist nightlife and luxury promises to auctions, confinement, and explicit gore.
