Jeanne Goursaud is Sara, a former special forces soldier whose young son vanishes during a visit to the US consulate in Frankfurt. When staff insist the boy was never in the building, Sara realizes the German authorities can’t simply step in, and leaving may mean losing him for good. She stays inside, moving deeper into the consulate’s locked corridors and official denials as the search turns into something larger. Dougray Scott is among the figures inside the building as Sara’s hunt for her son runs up against diplomatic barriers and a conspiracy hidden behind the consulate’s walls.
