Ponniyin Selvan: Part I
ActionAdventureDrama170 min
With the Chola kingdom threatened by enemies inside the court and beyond its borders, a young warrior is sent across the realm with a message that could keep the empire from splintering. Karthi is Vandiyathevan, the messenger threading his way through princes, chieftains, and shifting loyalties as crown prince Aditha Karikalan and his family are pulled apart by distance and intrigue. At the same time, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Nandhini moves quietly against the throne, turning old ties and political unrest into a wider conspiracy around the royal house.
