The Blob

HorrorSci-Fi86 min

A meteorite crashes near a small town, and the jelly-like mass inside begins absorbing everything it touches, growing larger with each victim. Teenager Steve Andrews spots the danger early, but every warning he brings to the police and the adults around him is brushed off as another wild story. As the creature spreads from a lonely roadside encounter to homes and businesses, disbelief gives it time to move unchecked through the town. Steve McQueen and Aneta Corsaut are caught in the middle as panic rises and the townspeople scramble to understand what can stop a force that only gets bigger as it feeds.
