Charlie Brown is determined to change his luck when the Little Red-Haired Girl catches his eye, while Snoopy takes to the skies in his imagination as a World War I Flying Ace pursuing the Red Baron. Noah Schnapp is Charlie Brown, carrying the character’s familiar mix of hope, nerves, and bad timing through school and the neighborhood. Bill Melendez’s archival recordings return for Snoopy and Woodstock, keeping the beagle’s side of the story almost entirely in expressive barks, pantomime, and fantasy dogfights. The film runs those two tracks in parallel, shifting between Charlie Brown’s everyday setbacks and Snoopy’s airborne adventure.
