The Eagle

ActionAdventureDramaWar114 min

In Roman Britain, a young officer named Marcus arrives determined to restore his family’s name. His father commanded the Ninth Legion, which vanished in the north along with its eagle standard, leaving behind a stain of disgrace that Marcus cannot ignore. When he learns the emblem may still exist beyond the frontier in Caledonia, he sets out on a dangerous journey into hostile territory with only his British slave Esca beside him. As they move farther from Roman control, the mission becomes more than a search for a relic. Marcus must survive unfamiliar tribes, shifting loyalties, and the growing question of whether the man traveling at his side can be trusted.
