After Shredder’s defeat, the Ninja Turtles have drifted apart, and Splinter (Mako) grows alarmed when an ancient threat begins stirring in New York City. Businessman Max Winters, voiced by Patrick Stewart, is gathering an army of monsters, with the Foot Clan back in the picture and the city sliding toward another showdown. To stop it, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo have to come back together first, working through sibling tensions that have left the team fractured. The story picks up after an earlier victory and focuses as much on the brothers’ strained bond as on rooftop fights, sewer hideouts, and fast-moving ninja action.
