The Good Doctor

Drama43 min per episode

At San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital, young surgical resident Shaun Murphy enters an operating room where his unusual way of seeing problems can save lives, but his autism also makes him a target for doubt from colleagues and patients. Each case forces Shaun to prove himself under pressure, from split-second emergencies to ethical fights over what treatment should happen next. As he learns the hospital's politics and the demands of surgical training, small misunderstandings can turn into major setbacks. Freddie Highmore anchors Shaun's struggle to build trust, while mentors including Richard Schiff's Dr. Glassman push him to grow without losing the instincts that make him exceptional.
