Three Pines

The story

In the quiet Quebec village of Three Pines, Chief Inspector Armand Gamache is called in when a murder disturbs a place that seems built on courtesy, routine, and old secrets. Each case begins with a body but quickly widens into something knottier, as Gamache reads the tensions inside families, friendships, and the town itself. Outside the village, he is also pulled into investigations that expose conflict within his own police force and the damage left by older crimes. As he presses for answers, suspects close ranks, buried grievances surface, and the line between public justice and private guilt keeps shifting. Alfred Molina leads the series as Gamache.
