The Flintstones & WWE: Stone Age Smackdown
ActionAdventureAnimationComedyFamily52 min
After Fred Flintstone loses the family’s vacation money, he tries to earn it back by turning Bedrock into a wrestling town and sending Barney into the ring. Jeff Bergman’s Fred becomes an overconfident event promoter, while Barney (Kevin Michael Richardson) gets matched up against stone-age versions of WWE stars including John Cenastone, Rey Mysteriopal and The Undertaker. Vince McMahon arrives as Mr. McMagma, with Brie and Nikki Bella, Mark Henry and Daniel Bryan folded into the prehistoric riff. The setup keeps one foot in classic Flintstones slapstick and the other in a broad, cartoon version of WWE spectacle.
