I Know This Much Is True

Drama60 min per episode

After his paranoid schizophrenic twin brother Thomas suffers a public breakdown, Dominick Birdsey is pulled into a fight to protect him from a system that keeps shutting him out. As hospital rules, court mandates, and old resentments close in, Dominick tries to move Thomas to a safer treatment program while carrying his own anger and exhaustion. Their bond is tangled with years of family damage, including buried secrets and the long shadow of their mother’s past. Mark Ruffalo plays both brothers, and the series keeps returning to how one crisis forces Dominick to confront memories he has spent years trying to keep sealed.
