Everything's Going to Be Great

ComedyDrama95 min

When a sudden upheaval forces the Smart family to move in with an estranged relative, their unstable life in regional theater gets even more crowded. Bryan Cranston is Buddy Smart, a father chasing oversized ambitions, while Allison Janney’s Macy is left managing the practical fallout at home. Their sons, Lester and Derrick, are headed in very different directions, adding another layer of tension as the family adjusts to a new living situation. Against a backdrop of rehearsals, family strain, and big personalities, the film follows a household wrestling with identity, belonging, and the gap between the life they imagined and the one in front of them.
